After booking your Gold365 ID, confirmation comes via WhatsApp from the registration team. The confirmation message contains your username and temporary password. There is no email confirmation, no SMS, and no website confirmation page — all communication is through WhatsApp.

What a Booking Confirmation Looks Like

The Gold365 registration team will send you a WhatsApp message containing:

  • Your Gold365 username — the ID you will use to login
  • Your temporary password — use this for your first login only
  • The login URL — gold365login.com.in/login/
  • A reminder to change your password after first login

Did Not Receive Confirmation?

If you have not received a WhatsApp confirmation within 5 minutes of your booking request, send a follow-up message in the same chat. Do not open a new chat — the agent can see your original booking request and will respond immediately. If you accidentally closed the chat and cannot find it, message the booking link again at wa.link/winplayexchid and explain your situation.

📞 Save your confirmation: Once you receive your booking confirmation on WhatsApp, screenshot or note your username separately. Do not rely solely on the WhatsApp message as your only record of your Gold365 ID.
